Saw the movie The Fighter last night starring Mark Wahlberg who was Great and Chritian Bale who was Amazing. What a inspirational Film. Sometimes we all need just to watch a movie like that just to motivate us in our Tennis games.I mean I running right now every other day lots of stretching and eating more fruits and veggies.Whether your a Beginner tennis player or a Open player motivation an inspiration help a lot, buy the way The Fighter should every Academy Award imaginable!!.I live on the west coast and we have been spared a harsh winter. Vancouver British Columbia to be exact so early tennis is coming up.So anyway go see The Fighter if you need some motivation to get a early start i know it is a long winter . Cheers Scott.

Bought a skipping rope. It is amazing what skipping does for your tennis footwork which is the critical base of your Game. Just 10 minutes every other day and you will have a huge headstart Cheers Scott.

Tennis Tip, If your not getting enough spin on your serve or double faulting alot try holding lower on the grip so basically your holding the tennis racket with 4 fingers , that low. You then create more snap with the wrist creating more racket head speed!!! less double faults, Cheers Scott.
